Mr. Cosmas Yombe

Mr. Cosmas Yombe is a holder of a Diploma in Community Development of Nile Institute of Management Studies-Arua. Has been working with [CUWEDE COD LAB] since 2006. He was formerly a Licensed Teacher with Nebbi district local government for over 5 years before joining CUWEDE COD LAB. Currently, he is a Program Officer with a number of skills training acquired in the areas of project planning and management, data compilation and management, poverty resource monitoring and tracking, monitoring and evaluation, Rights based approach to development, harmonized participatory planning, and finance and budgeting; has made him active players in causing youth transformation and empowerment.
